Please read it carefully before you buy. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read and accepted this policy.1. About your purchase and our payment providerOur orders and payments are processed by Paddle.com (Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases of the Software. This means Paddle is the seller of record on your transaction, handles billing and tax, and appears on your bank or card statement.Because Paddle is the Merchant of Record, all refunds are issued through Paddle. If we agree to a refund, we authorize Paddle to process it back to your original payment method. You can review Paddle's buyer terms and refund handling at paddle.net.2. 30-day money-back guaranteeWe offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first purchase of the Software. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, and we will refund the amount you paid. This applies to:One-time license purchases (the flat $500 purchase), and
The first payment of a new subscription (yearly or seasonal). After the 30-day period has passed, purchases are non-refundable except where this policy states otherwise or where required by law (see Sections 5 and 6).3. Subscriptions (yearly / seasonal)Subscriptions give you access to the Software for the duration of the billing period you select.Auto-renewal. You will be charged using your original payment method on each renewal date.
First payment. The first payment of a new subscription is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee in Section 2.
Cancelling. You may cancel at any time. To avoid being charged for the next period, please cancel at least 48 hours before your renewal date. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
Renewal payments. If you are charged for a renewal you did not intend, contact us within 14 days of the renewal date and we will review your request for a refund. Outside of this window, renewal payments and any unused portion of a subscription period are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Statutory withdrawal / cooling-off rights. Where local law grants you an unconditional right to withdraw from a digital purchase (for example, the 14-day withdrawal right available to many consumers in the EU and UK), those rights apply and override the timeframes in this policy. Paddle applies the appropriate statutory protection for your location.7. Refund processing and amountsTiming. Once a refund is approved, card refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account; refunds to other payment methods may take longer depending on the provider.
Refund amount. The amount refunded may differ slightly from the amount originally charged because of tax recalculation or currency exchange-rate differences between the time of purchase and the time of refund.
When a refund may be declined. Refunds will not be issued where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or other manipulative behavior. This does not affect your statutory rights in Section 6.8.
