We want you to buy Swim Meet Toolkit knowing it fits your meets. The free Light edition lets you try it first, and if a paid plan doesn't work out, this policy explains when you can get your money back. It is part of our Terms of Sale.1.14-day refund
You can get a full refund of a purchase within 14 days of the payment date, as long as the paid plan has not been used to run a competition. This applies to:a first purchase of any plan, including the Permanent License; and
a yearly renewal, counted from the renewal payment date.
Setting up and trying a plan — building a test meet, importing entries, printing sample reports, connecting test equipment — does not count as running a competition.2.After 14 days
After 14 days, purchases are not refundable, except where the law requires a refund or where we agree to one in a particular case. Cancelling an automatically renewing yearly plan stops the next renewal; the current year runs to its end date and is not refunded in part.3.How to ask
Use the refund or "manage order" link in your Paddle receipt email, or
email us at [email protected] from the address you bought with, with your order number.
Paddle, our Merchant of Record, issues approved refunds to the original payment method, including any tax charged. How long the money takes to reach you depends on your bank or card issuer.4.What happens to your license
If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the license for that plan ends and you must stop using its paid features. The Light edition stays available, and your meets and files are not deleted.5.Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually fix a problem faster. If a purchase is refunded or charged back, the license for that plan ends and you must stop using its paid features.6.Your rights under the law
This policy does not limit any right you have under the consumer-protection laws where you live. Where those laws give you a longer period or other remedies, you keep them.7.Swim Coach Toolkit
Swim Coach Toolkit, the companion app for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, is free on Apple's App Store. Anything bought through the App Store is refunded by Apple under its own policies (reportaproblem.apple.com).8.Contact
